Booking Confirmation

All services must be booked through our online scheduling system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and any relevant session details.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens—we understand. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule through your confirmation email or by contacting us at shelly@thrivecultureco.net.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: May result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).

  • No-shows: Missed appointments without prior notice may result in being unable to rebook without prepayment for future sessions.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule the session out of consideration for other clients’ time. Please contact us if you're running behind—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Payment Terms

Some services may require payment at the time of booking. Any additional charges or follow-up services will be clearly outlined in advance. Payment methods accepted include [Insert Accepted Methods, e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal].
